Immaculate clean room with lovely interior and exterior. The size was perfect and the toiletries, tea, and coffee provided were a nice touch. The location was not isolated and allowed for easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. It was a romantic getaway from the city.

I stayed at the Garden Room in East Dean for a short break to enjoy the scenic walks. The location is perfect, surrounded by the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head country park. The room had a lovely outside area and access to a beautiful walled garden. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. The fridge in the room was useful and the staff provided a helpful guide to the local area. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi speed was good.

    I do recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely property called the Garden Room. the room itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were impressed with the range of quality tea and coffee provided. the location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby such as an old English pub, a cafe, hikers rest, delicatessen. the staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed walking to attractions like Belle Tout lighthouse, Birling Gap, and the Seven Sisters. the village of East Dean was also incredibly charming, with a picturesque village green and a delightful walled garden next door. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the Garden Room. Cons: Nothing 💯.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being near to points of interest and surrounded by gorgeous surroundings. the room itself was cozy and immaculately clean, with a lovely final touch. the bathroom facilities were great, with a nice shower for refreshing tired feet after a long day of walking. the service provided was attentive and the staff were helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered was tasty and satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

Communication with the hotel proved to be a challenge, with no response to calls and no instructions received for check-in.

    Very good

The Garden Room was a lovely and romantic getaway. The room itself was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the toiletries provided and the availability of tea and coffee. The location was convenient, with access to Uber Eats and nearby supermarkets. It was also just a short drive to the stunning Beacon in Eastbourne. it was a great escape from the city.

That the room tended to get hot at night, even with a fan, but it was just before the heatwave, so it should be fine in normal summer weather. Additionally, the traffic noise from the nearby busy road could be heard at times, which was a bit disturbing.

absolutely loved our stay in eastbourne! the garden room exceeded expectations with its outdoor table, beautiful walled garden, and convenient fridge. comfy bed, walk-in shower, and great location for scenic walks to the cliffs. breakfast from nearby cafes was a treat. overall, a perfect weekend getaway.

Communication could've been better. didn't receive check-in instructions and had to figure everything out ourselves.

This hidden gem is conveniently located near stunning countryside, a charming pub, and delicious Thai restaurant. the comfortable room is well-stocked with all the necessary amenities, including toiletries, towels, and a selection of teas and coffees. the staff goes above and beyond, providing a welcome guide and access to a laundry room. the breakfast is outstanding, and the Wi-Fi speed is impressive.

A minor issue was the lack of a bath, which would have been perfect for tired feet after a day of walking.
